The information on the website is for general information only. Prices are indicative and do not constitute an offer. Only a written quote sent by email after an inquiry is binding. [Prices are shown with/without VAT.]
3. Demo concepts
Portfolio projects labelled “Demo concept” were created by TraurDigital for demonstration. The businesses, names, dates and prices in them are fictional.
4. Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and demo concepts on the website belong to TraurDigital and may not be used without written permission.
5. Services
The terms for specific services (scope, timelines, price, payment and ownership of the work) are set out in a separate contract or in the accepted written quote.
6. Liability
We make every effort to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of it. We do not guarantee specific Google rankings or a number of clients.
7. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
