Questions about maintenance
What happens if the website stops working?
We respond as quickly as possible and restore the site from a backup if needed. Response times are set out in the contract.
Do you maintain websites built by others?
Yes, if they run on WordPress and after a review. If the site has serious problems, we will tell you before we start.
How many content changes are included?
The allowance is agreed based on your needs. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Can I cancel maintenance?
Yes, with notice as set out in the contract. We hand over all access details and the latest backup.
