How payment works
- 30% when you sign the agreement, the rest when you receive the urn.
- By bank transfer or card. You receive a full invoice.
- The price in your agreement is final. Anything extra is added only with your written consent.
- You can change package at any time before preparations begin.
About prices
Questions about the packages
Are there any fees not listed here?
No. Everything in the package is in the price. The only possible additions are listed under Optional extras, and they are added only with your agreement.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Every price on this page is final and includes VAT.
What is the difference between Family and With ceremony?
Family includes a short private farewell for close family in a quiet room. With ceremony is a full service with a celebrant, flowers for the hall and printed orders of service, which suits a larger gathering.
Can we choose a different urn?
Yes. Any urn from our range can be added to any package for the difference in price shown next to it.
Is there help with the cost?
Some people who receive certain benefits can get help with funeral costs from the government. The rules vary, so we will tell you what to check and which documents to prepare.
What if we decide not to go ahead?
If preparations have not started, we refund everything you have paid. If costs have already been incurred, for example for a transfer, we keep only those, as set out in the agreement.
