Everything is ready before you arrive

A host on site checks the sound and the screen before every ceremony and stays close by throughout.

  • Sound

    A discreet system for speech and music, two wireless microphones and a phone input. You are welcome to bring your own playlist.

  • Screen for photos and video

    A 2.5 m screen in the Main Hall and 1.6 m in the Chamber Room. We play photos or video from a USB stick or by email.

    Upholstered chairs in rows or a semicircle, with a central aisle. We set them out for the number of guests.

    A low arrangement in white and blue from our partner florist, or your own flowers, arranged by us.

How booking works

    Check free times in the calendar and pick a space that suits the number of guests.

  2. Send a request

    Fill in the short form. We hold the slot for you for up to 24 hours while we speak.

  3. We confirm by phone

    We call within two hours during opening times, go through the details and email a confirmation.

Parking, access and getting here

  • Our own car park

    40 spaces behind the building, 4 of them accessible bays. Free for guests during the ceremony.

  • Accessibility

    The entrance and all three spaces are on one level, with a ramp from the car park. There is an accessible toilet, and both halls have a hearing loop.

  • Getting here

    14 Mason's Row, a 5-minute walk from the Mason's Row bus stop. By car, turn off the main road into Mason's Row; the car park entrance is on the right.

  • Opening times

    Ceremonies every day from 9am to 6.30pm. Phone bookings from 8am to 8pm.
