Live streaming
How streaming the service works
You do not need an app, an account or any equipment. The camera and sound in the hall are our job.
We agree the details
Together we decide whether to stream, who will speak and which part of the farewell stays private to those in the room.
The family receives a link
We send a private link and, if you wish, a PIN. You decide who to pass them on to.
Everyone watches live
The link opens in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer. The stream starts 20 minutes before the service.
The recording stays for 30 days
Anyone who could not watch live can do so later. After that, the recording is deleted.
Privacy
Private by default, never public
A funeral is personal. That is why every ceremony page is closed to outsiders, and the family decides what people can see.
- The page has no public address on our website and is not indexed by search engines.
- The PIN is optional. We can change it at any time if the link is shared too widely.
- Condolence messages appear only once the family has approved them.
- If you would rather a particular moment is not streamed, we pause the camera. Just tell us beforehand.

If you cannot get to Varna in time
Children and grandchildren often live in another country, and travelling at a few days’ notice is not always possible. This is how we help you take part in the farewell.
Times shown in your time zone
When you open the link, the order of service shows the time on your own device. No need to work out the difference with Bulgaria.
A test link the day before
We send a short test stream the day before, so you can check the sound and connection without a last-minute rush.
A few words from afar
Send us a text or a recording and we will read it or play it in the hall during the service.
Flowers and condolences
Order flowers by phone or email and we will place them on your behalf. You can leave a message in the condolence book.
We speak English and Bulgarian. The agreement and payment can be arranged entirely at a distance, by email and bank transfer.

Cannot find your answer? Call or email us. We reply in English.
What do I need to watch?
Just a browser and an internet connection. The link works on phones, tablets and computers, with nothing to install and no account to create.
What if my connection is poor?
The picture quality drops automatically so that the sound keeps going. If you miss part of it, the recording is available as soon as the service ends.
Could the link reach strangers?
Only if someone forwards it. That is why we recommend a PIN, which we can change straight away if needed.
Can we download the recording?
The recording can be watched for 30 days. If the family would like a copy to keep, we provide it through a secure link before it is deleted.
Do we have to stream the service?
No. It is an option, not a condition. The family decides whether to stream and which moments stay off camera.
