How to order
Three steps, at your own pace
Your order is a request: nothing is paid online. We call you, check every detail together and only then arrange the flowers.

On the day of the service
We deliver to funeral homes, crematoria, cemeteries and family homes in Kestlebridge and the surrounding villages. Flowers are handed to the funeral director or the family, and we send you a message once they have arrived.

If the service starts before 2pm, please order the day before. Flowers arrive at least 30 minutes before the start.

What to send and what colours say
There are no strict rules. These notes may help if you are unsure.
Friends and colleagues
A wreath from the team or a basket works well. Check the funeral notice first: some families ask for donations instead of flowers.
If you cannot attend
A bouquet to the family home with a short card is a quiet way to show you are thinking of them. It can arrive a few days later.

After the service
- Bouquets and baskets can be taken home. Trim the stems at an angle and change the water every other day.
- Keep flowers away from direct sun, radiators and fruit.
- Wreaths and arrangements stay at the venue or graveside. We can collect them after a week if you wish.

Can I order if the service is today?
Yes, if you order by 12 noon on a weekday. For later orders please call: sometimes we can manage it, but we cannot promise.
How do I pay?
On delivery by cash or card, or by bank transfer once we have confirmed by phone. We do not take payment on the website.
How long can the ribbon text be?
Up to 40 characters per line and two lines at most. Longer text looks crowded, so we will suggest a shorter version.
Will I know the flowers have arrived?
Yes. We send you a short message once they are at the venue.
Can you make something not in the collection?
Yes. Tell us the colours or the person’s favourite flowers and we will suggest an arrangement within your budget.
